- Cargo Surveys — We conduct preliminary, joint, pre-loading, and discharging surveys for dry, chilled, and frozen cargo transported by sea, land, or air, covering condition assessment, quantity verification, and cargo sampling across all commodity types.
- P&I / H&M Assistance — We provide comprehensive support to P&I Clubs, Hull & Machinery insurers, and their assureds, attending incidents involving crew and third-party liability, collisions, pollution, cargo claims, wreck removal, and vessel damage surveys.
- Property, Casualty & Engineering — Our engineers and loss adjusters handle claims arising from fire, machinery breakdown, flooding, theft, and structural damage across all industrial sectors, including risk surveys and management consulting.
- Claims Handling & Recovery — We manage the full claims process on behalf of principals, from initial assessment through legal proceedings and recovery against liable parties, supported by our network of associate legal offices.
- Loss Prevention Surveys — Including pre-shipment and quality control inspections, container surveys, lashing surveys, hatch tightness tests, hold cleanliness inspections, and stowage assessments — all aimed at mitigating cargo risk before and during transit.
- Marine Surveys — Draft surveys, bunker surveys, on/off hire surveys, hull and machinery inspections, container sealing and unsealing, and loading/discharging follow-up for containerised cargo.
- Warehouse Inspection — Assessment of storage conditions, security systems, stock integrity, and risk exposure for goods held in third-party or insured warehouses.
- Salvage Sale — We coordinate the sale of damaged cargo and property on an as is, where is basis, soliciting competitive tenders to maximise salvage recovery and minimise net loss to underwriters.
- Product Liability — Survey and adjustment of claims arising from defective products manufactured, sold, or distributed by the insured.
